      Act dated 16th November 2000, about counteracting property values comming from illegal or unknown resources to be brought into financial circulation, is served as a tool to fight against organized crime and terrorism, and dedicated to cut off crime world from financial resources. Advisable institutions are under an obligation to create transactions registry and send reports to GIIF (General Inspector of Financial Information). To make easier filling out complicated transaction forms, for customers working in client-server environment, there has been created dedicated computer programm GIIF-NET, in cooperation between Sequel and Dolnośląskie Biuro Inwestycyjne. GIIF-NET is application accessed via WWW, which allows dispersed units to work together within the confines of one organisation with simultaneous entering data on central server.
