Thanks to registering documents history it is possible to monitor users activity. This application is wonderful tool for sharing experience and could be used as knowledge database as well. Flexible and effective data search mechanism allows to find any information even in attached files. Unwanted documents land in archive from where they can be pulled out on demand.
